If you plan on returning your item please DO NOT wash it first, this will void your rights to return.

Your order is made on demand, which means that the products will be made especially for you.

This ensures that we don't have to throw away any products.

It also means that it takes a bit longer to make and prepare your order. In general you should receive a shipping notification within 5-7 working days. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 working days.

Usually, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. Please contact us immediately with your order details and we see what we can do.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and send back the item you no longer want.
